Product Refunds and Returns

We will accept returns and refunds for any product within 30 days of delivery that is delivered damaged or defective in any way. Return information is provided in all packages. You may also contact Customer Service through the email address shown above.

Customer Privacy Issues

What Personal Information Does Richard Surwit.com Gather? We receive and store order and shipping information for any products purchased through our web site. We use the secure Verisign system for processing credit card information and do not keep any data related to credit cards, except for order identifiers and confirmation codes. The following information is kept:
  • Your name as it should appear on your credit card
  • Your email address
  • Your shipping address, including street address, city, state and zip code as well as country
  • The order date of each order placed
  • The credit card processor's code for each transaction
  • The authorization code for each transaction
  • The result of an address verification check done by the processor
  • The result of a Card Security Code validation test (a number printed on the back of most credit cards that is not stored, but is used to check for stolen or fraudulent card numbers)

What About Email Communications? Your email address is used to confirm orders and in some cases for additional correspondence as necessary to process a purchase made through our web site. We do not sell or rent our list of customer information to third parties. We may use this list to provide offers or request followup information for existing customers from time to time.
